Ordered at 10.20. Was still showing as prepping at 11.05 so called to be told you had no drivers and would be another hour. Attitude of women on the phone shocking as well. Now I have to wait 3-5 days for a refund!!

Ordered two pizzas and two starters with various toppings from Bradford Manchester Road
The topping I didn’t order was one rather long black hair in the pizza base.
These things can happen but only when hair nets aren’t worn. Won’t be going back there

Excellent, fresh, quick to right a wrong order (happened twice in the many years I used them), delivery drivers always friendly. I have ordered on line then forgot something and rung up and they have added that item to my order.
I should have shares in the company the amount I spent with them. Unfortunately they do not deliver to my new address, that is the only reason I no longer order from them.

Used to love domino's but it appears they have stopped using cheese as a standard topping on the pizza

Never again, pizza was dry and didn’t taste fresh, also barely warm, chicken strips were also dry and didn’t taste fresh and the potato wedges were soggy, not crunchy, a waste of money.

Domino's in general is fantastic. But please oh please hurry up and bring back half and half pizzas. When researching the reason behind removing this it's because of covid and needing to reduce the menu and so on, covid is over please bring back half and half.

Pizza delivery guy was on time, polite & friendly
Pizza base was 'Italian' think that's a joke, I'm Italian & never had such a baseless base!
Toppings were scant & flaccid, described as Penthouse received Bargain Basement.hence the fact I will never order again.

This is about ordering and collecting in person, I've not ordered for delivery so can't comment on that.

I am a regular here and I always have a great experience when Lauren (I think I heard her being called that, but long blond hair, skinny) is serving on the till. She treats you like she is pleased to see you and pleased to help you. And I will always ask Hershall (spelling?) to make my pizzas if he's working as they just somehow taste better. There is also a lovely lady I think she's maybe Latvian, who is always working hard but also takes the time to be pleasant to deal with.

Sadly apart from those 3, I often have bad experiences. I recently had to stand and wait 3/4 minutes while 2 people chatted and ignored me (they were facing my way so no way they could have missed me) and the only other person there was cleaning. I know 3/4 minutes doesn't sound much, but when you are stood there like a lemon feeling you are an inconvenience (rather than an appreciated regular), it feels like a long time.

Other negative experiences have been when I have not been able to explain what I wanted to the only person who was serving due to a language barrier. Also I often have a topping left on my pizza that I ask to be removed about 60% of the time (unless it is Hershall making it, he seems to get it right every time).

I now look through the window to see who is working before going in as I prefer to avoid feeling like I'm getting in the way of their social time and I like my pizza as I asked it to be made, not however it comes.

So if the good staff are working I give you 5 stars happily. With the other staff working I give between 1 and 3 so I've taken an average.

Disgusting service, put in an order at 3.30pm and after constantly ringing up until 6.20pm no one had the decency to answer. 6.30pm i finally had someone answer the phone.. Tried telling me the order was out for delivery, talk about taking the p**s. So 7.10pm, near 4 hours later my pizza arrived with an item missing. Took a further 45 minutes for the missing item to be sent out. Girl on the phone had no customer service skills and hadn't a clue what was going on in regards to the near 4 hour delay of me receiving it. Never again!!!

Terrible customer service from Hemel, Luton and Bedfordshire franchisee. Quality is mediocre at best.

Customer service at the dominoes on Sheffield west street have been excellent, lovely staff

Anyone who pays full price for domino's pizza is stupid.

£21 for a large pizza what a rip off.

Dominos in Upton, cancelled my order after I paid through the app! £28 I spent and a week later money still hasn’t been refunded! Worst delivery experience ever!

Ordered two vegan pizzas from Dominos in Darlington. It arrived late (even described the house location on the extra info for the driver) and was warm and the Garlic dip was normal and not the vegan dip!
It seems to be hit and miss at this Darlington Dominos, depending what staff is on. Very disappointed!!

Delivered burnt pizza. Yuk.. I won't order again.
